WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, need a different size or in the unlikely event, your goods are damaged upon delivery, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, less shipping. It is important to note that the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. *Please take note of the washing instructions for our bras on the provided packaging. Ollie Gray is not responsible for damaged merchandise that have not been cleaned according to our proposed instructions.
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Ollie Gray for a refund or exchange are not covered or reimbursed by our team. However, for exchanges, the post-return shipping back to you will be covered by Ollie Gray.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
Simply email info@OllieGrayBras.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need!
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your products being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in the United States, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we issue a Returns Authorisation number to you!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days of receiving your item(s) to exchange.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5-7 business days of receiving the refunded item to our warehouse.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@OllieGrayBras.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
